STEM workshops for schools
Educational activities in physics, robotics, and aerospace
Curriculum-aligned learning experiences
2. Bookings
All bookings must be confirmed via email or written agreement
Booking is considered confirmed once both parties agree
3. Payments
Fees will be agreed in advance
Payment terms: within 7–14 days of invoice
Late payments may incur additional charges
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee
We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, safety concerns)
5. Responsibilities of Schools
The school agrees to:
Provide a safe and suitable working environment
Ensure student supervision at all times
Inform us of any special educational or medical needs
6. Health & Safety
All activities are risk assessed.
Instructions must be followed at all times
SamOra.Tech Ltd is not responsible for misuse of equipment
7. Safeguarding
All instructors follow safeguarding procedures
DBS checks will be in place where required
Any safeguarding concerns will be reported appropriately
8. Liability
We hold public liability insurance
We are not liable for:
Damage caused by misuse of materials
Incidents outside our control
9. Intellectual Property
All workshop materials, designs, and content remain the property of SamOra.Tech Ltd
Schools may not reproduce or distribute materials without permission
10. Website Use
Users agree not to:
Misuse the website
Attempt unauthorised access
Copy content without permission
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SamOra.Tech Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
